What to Expect
Pre Visit
The pre-visit experience starts with a link to my welcome page and a short consultation form you will receive via email. This will contain all of the necessary information you will need (such as location, parking and salon details) to set us up for a successful appointment together. The consultation form will get the ball rolling before you arrive so I am fully prepared to meet your needs. In the 2 days prior to your appointment, you will receive a link to confirm your appointment.
The Consultation
Once you arrive, we will go over your goals, and visions for your hair. We'll discuss your inspiration pictures, frustrations and desires to bridge the gap between where you're at and where you want to go with your hair. Throughout your appointment, I'll discuss appropriate products and styling techniques to support your goals. I want you to feel educated, supported and empowered by your new routine.
Post Visit
After your appointment, you'll receive an email with a recap of your new routine. This will include recommended products, styling tips and future appointment suggestions. In between appointments, you're welcome to email or text me with any questions or concerns. My goal is to continue to support your hair journey even after your appointment is over.
