Im excited to meet you!
I know seeing a new stylist can be a little unnerving and you probably have a few questions. So, allow me to put your mind at ease and tell you a bit about what to expect. I want you to have a great experience. 2-3 days before your appointment, you will receive reminders asking you to confirm your date and time.
Location
The salon is located at my home. The address is 11143 NE Beech St. Portland, Or 97220. The house is on the NW corner of 112th and Beech St. It’s a grey house with a black iron gate. The space is attached, but completely separate from any living space. When you arrive, you can park in the driveway which is your dedicated parking spot. Then head to the french doors and come on in.
How to Arrive
Please arrive at your appointment with your hair styled as you normally wear it. It's important that I see how it falls and moves. Please consider your clothing and accessories. Do not wear your favorite clothing or shoes. Please do not wear big collars, hoods, necklaces or earrings as they will be in the way during the appointment and risk being damaged. And please do not wear perfume or strongly scented lotions.
Kindly arrive on time.
Forms of Payment
I accept all major credit cards and cash as payment. A card is required to book your appointment and will be held securely on file for easy checkouts. You're always welcome to opt out. I do not accept Venmo or other cash app's.
Snacks
I offer complimentary, rotating snacks to keep you going. Like what? Water, bubbly water flavors, hot and iced tea. I also have rotating snacks like popcorn, nuts, dried fruit, cheese, chocolates, mints and cough drops.
Guests
Your appointment is for you only. No guests please. I always allow exceptions for medically needed support.
Illness
Please do not come to an appointment sick. Even a cold. If you have been ill within a week of your appointment date, please wear a mask. I will waive my cancellation fee one time only for illness.

Below is a link to a consultation form. I would love for you to fill this out before your appointment. This short form covers details about you, your hair and what you're hoping to achieve. Getting this back to me before your appointment allows me to be fully prepared for your arrival.
